Just what its name suggests - a go-to strain for Märzens, Oktoberfests, Bocks and more.

Fest is a great strain for producing malt-forward festival lagers. As one of the more flocculant lager strains, it helps create clear beers without the need for filtration. It ferments well, leaving beers with a good malt character and a clean, dry finish.
