Cell Counting and Viability Class
Brewers will learn how to perform cell counting and viability, calculating pitch rates, use yeast harvesting equipment and techniques for pulling yeast samples for re-pitching.
There are two class options: the basic package ($100) and the pro package ($500).
Brewers who select the pro package retain the instruments and equipment used during the course.
This is a great opportunity for brewers to combine acquired knowledge with hands-on experience to benefit their businesses.
